Hydrema Opens U.S. Headquarters in Forsyth County

Hydrema U.S., Inc.  hosted a grand opening event for its new North American Headquarters in Cumming, GA on September 16^th, 2016. Hydrema, a manufacturer of high-technology, Earth-moving equipment, is a Danish company. So, when the decision was made to keep Hydrema’s North American headquarters in Forsyth County, it was a huge win for our local economy! Hydrema had previously been located in south Forsyth, but when they decided to keep the headquarters in Forsyth County that came along with an expansion. The new expansion project brought $1,600,000 in new capital investment and 4 new jobs to the community. 

Hydrema owners, Jan Werner Jensen and Lone M. Jensen, traveled all the way from Denmark for the grand opening of the new North American headquarters. Many dealers, guests, elected officials and Hydrema staff were also in attendance at the event. Not only did guests get to take a tour of the new facility, but some also got a chance to operate the equipment that Hydrema provides.
